Daydream run of MIT students in the ongoing campus employment finished off as 6 undergraduates bag job offers from CronJ IT Technologies on 7th September 2016. The selected students, who would be passing out in 2016, belong to IT & CS streams of the university. MITians are Smart, Driven, and Curious. Maybe even pretty normal. They are all nerds in a way, but there’s still the usual spread of jocks, frat boys, sorority girls, gamers, artsy kids, etc. Really they are the people who are very fascinated in certain fields and very capable of working hard to excel.
Being a top software development company, CronJ was amazed with the profile of MIT Students with 6 out of 90 candidates who participated in the selection process making it to the final list. Applicants were firstly asked to write a program based on the use cases given to them. Once they are qualified for the 2nd round, they went through a technical interview with our in-house developers. Finally, we could get 10 candidates for the HR round where the topic for discussion was about financials, salary and other formalities. MIT has always been a regular talent hunting ground for most of the companies. Exceptional performances of students have proved an encouraging factor for the company with a large number of job offers.
